Keeping my eye on the prize.....

This has been my mantra for the last 2 weeks, just stay focused on the goal. Of course, this goal is a beautiful healthy baby in 7 or less weeks!

I am still in the hospital. I have had a tryign weekend but endured thru it. The lastest update is that I am IV free, not really by Dr. J's choice but they have run out of spots to put an IV and my poor swollen arms cannot take any more pokeing. Today is clear fluid day #1 and we will be doing the same tomorrow. After the two days or so on clear fluids we will slowly start to introduce solid foods. The plan as of now is to stick to mostly fresh fruits and vegetables, as that seems to be best for gall bladder issues. My personal goal is to be home by the weekend, however Les does work all weekend, so if I don't make it home until next Monday I will be OK with that.

I am hopeing that I can tolerate this. I really just want to be home with my husband & kitty. I really want to enjoy the next few weeks of this pregnancy.

Thank you to everyone for your warm wishes & prayers. Having the internet has helped so much, knowing that I have support and prayers from so many cyber friends means a lot to me.
